PEER Review

Join a triad with two other schools and work collaboratively alongside your peers and a lead School Improvement Specialist.

Together you will review each school through agreed lines of enquiry - identifying strengths, quality assuring provision and exploring areas for development through professional dialogue and shared learning.

Our PEER Reviews provide schools with a collaborative, professional approach rooted in professional trust, openness and continuous improvement. Schools benefit from external perspectives, constructive challenge and the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and one another. It is a great way to evaluate provision, celebrate strengths and identify next steps for improvement.

Through constructive challenge and professional dialogue, schools gain valuable external perspectives across key areas including:

curriculum design and implementation;

safeguarding and inclusion.

Lines of enquiry are agreed in advance by the host school for areas they wish to quality assure.
